We were lucky enough to get in for a 3D ultrasound at GE a few weeks before our scheduled anatomy scan. We were just happy to be getting an extra peek at Baby Miller #2, so we weren't prepared when they asked if we wanted to know the gender! With Ellison I had a little card all ready for the ultrasound tech to circle Boy or Girl so we could reveal the answer at a gender reveal party. This time, we had nothing prepared but couldn't turn down the chance to find out...
Baby Miller is a BOY! We are so excited to see what it's like to have one of each. We did plan a quick reveal party, which was just a small family gathering. We had blue balloons wrapped up in a box that Ellison helped us open. The balloons kind of lost their helium so they didn't pop out of the box the way I had envisioned, but it was still fun! We also had cake and ice cream (of course).
We got our first boy gift from Gramma Janis and Grampa Ron - and no, they didn't know in advance. They brought a girl gift and a boy gift! Ellison also got some big sister books. As always she was quite the little entertainer at the party. Something tells me she is not going to want to share the spotlight with baby brother! I didn't get as many pictures of the party as I would have liked, but I guess that's life.

Very very excited, can't wait to start buying boy stuff and getting all ready for the little man! I am starting to feel a little more movement this week, which is exciting (until it starts to feel like the baby has 8 arms and legs). Other than that, feeling pretty good, other than being tired!
